Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs firmware update Good value for money, but I would only recommend this if you can apply the latest firmware. Installed one of these drives on an old SATA II machine - although it was quicker, the SATA II interface meant that we only saw around half the speeds the drive is capable of. We had a number of problems where the PC would just freeze for around 10 seconds, with the disk at 100%. The new firmware (SBFKB1C3) solved the problem, but it could only be installed using Kingston's SSD manager which wouldn't run on our PC due to its age (and lack of AHCI). We succeeded after much disk swapping between machines, but it was a lot of hassle.
