The now legendary Gary Levinson first Established Blade Guitars in 1987, having over 20 years’ prior experience under his belt both repairing and building one-off custom guitars.
Making their first appearance and official launch at the Tokyo Music Show that same year, the 1988 Frankfurt Musikmesse saw Blade Guitars launch into Europe.
Every piece of technology you find on Blade Guitars has been developed to meet a specific need that musicians have expressed to Gary during his career building and repairing guitars – the key reason why Blade has been one of the most successful guitar lines to be launched in recent years.
The ideas that make Blade revolutionary were born in the repair shop – continuing to this day.
