Media Retention Services Program
This Media Retention Service Program offers SDMR (Solid-State Drive Media Retention) for the NVIDIA® DGX™ Workstation. These services allow customers to keep eligible components that they cannot relinquish during a Return Material Authorization (RMA) event due to the possibility of sensitive data being retained within their system memory.
• Allows customers to keep their defective Solid-State Media for control over sensitive data in all components within the covered system.
• Requires an active Enterprise Support Service contract.
