Media Retention Services Program
This Media Retention Service Program offers CMR (Comprehensive Media Retention) for the NVIDIA® DGX A100 Deep Learning AI Server System. These services allow customers to keep eligible components that they cannot relinquish during a Return Material Authorization (RMA) event due to the possibility of sensitive data being retained within their system memory.
• Allows customers to keep their defective media for control over sensitive data in all components within the covered system.
• Requires an active Enterprise Support Service contract.
• This service excludes Solid-State Media, if you require the Media Retention service for Solid-State Media, you will need SDMR.
