When an epic event requires an epic system, Activision & Papa John's knew the Scan 3XS team wouldn't let them down and they were right.
Moving in a completely new direction, the team wanted to bring Godzilla & King Kong to life. The system they created is a jaw dropping one of a kind system.
There's no chassis out there that the team could work with to create such a unique build, so they set out to create one that was fit for purpose and looks the part.
Inspired by the Caldera map, buildings, terrain and towers were used as inspiration for this diorama styled PC. The GPU became a popular camping spot for the usual snipers, the reservoir was inspired by the big cooling towers.
The chassis itself doubles as a distro plate with the ocean side of the map housing most of the fluid, hand-bent acrylic tube runs became oil/gas pipelines to fit in with the theme. The whole chassis uses Warhammer terrain, cut and painted in house by the incredibly talented 3XS team.
A homage was paid to Papa Johns with their very own building being a part of the system which has been used as a shroud for the power supply.
The real stars of the show are the resin printed & hand painted King Kong; charging on the land and Godzilla raising from the Ocean.
All in all, an absolutely phenomenal PC for one lucky competition winner.
