Thermaltake V250 TG ARGB, Mid Tower Chassis, Tempered Glass, 3x 120mm ARGB Fans, 1x 120mm, ATX/mATX Black is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced, poor design, so many flaws. Built a surprise ryzen 5 3600 PC for my brother. Bought this. No idea why it was so expensive. It was ok to build in but several things: - The rear IO had to force the Mortar Max backplate in and it bent. - Rear slots for graphics card are ridiculously difficult to get out requiring a screwdriver, jamming it in, twisting it 90 degrees then grabbing it with a big pair of pliers and twisting it some more to try and break the metal to get them out. - gromits are ok and well placed making cable management straight forward - assuming you want to put a 3.5" standard sized HDD in, I have no idea what they expect you to put in theirs as the three I tried don't fit and it only houses two, so either run it at a 35 degree angle using both or do what I had to do and double side taped it to the bottom of the case. - He called me today to ask if the motherboard can be used to change the case lighting (which is good btw and goes 7 different colours as solid, or those same 7 on a breathing, and one that fades through all colours. (the only reason I bought it in the first place). The button on the front IO he advised me has broken not 8 weeks after he's had it so now it's stuck on one colour and setting. To return it would mean driving 80 miles to pick it up, then send it back, leaving him with no PC for X amount of weeks, which he also uses for work so it's not an option as he does more on it than gaming (hence the upgrade I bought for him). - The standoffs are also some weird tiny ones. Some weren't done up, one of them I couldn't undo (they don't give you a standoff tool to use with a screwdriver, I had one and that didn't work either) and one when I screwed it in just kept turning. And turning. - Case fans can't be adjusted for speed at all, even bought a three fan splitter to run off the mobo header but went to unplug them they have proprietary tiny connections on them connected to their own fan controller so another accessory I wasted money on trying to get this to do what I wanted. - Fans are ok, nothing to write home about and whilst not loud they aren't that quiet either. Been building PCs for 30 years. This case is mediocre, flaws all over it, poor design on things that should work on a 40 quid case but don't. I should have bought him something with three RBG fans as they will have a similar amount of design issues but for that money I expect it. For £90 at the time of purchase I definitely do not. Im currently building six other computers and have bought cases at £35 I'd rather build in. NZXT and corsair cases (and probably anything else) are far superior at this price point. Just avoid this, its overpriced, which is also why I'm surprised to find this has 4.8* / 5? (this had three reviews when I bought it and I didn't take note of the one crap one. I should have. I hadn't tried Thermaltake for over ten years (which put me off because of similar poor quality control) but thought they might have changed their ways. They haven't. You haven't got time to read the other issues, and I don't have time to write them. Just don't. Please, don't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent case from thermaltake This is a very good case, nice and roomy inside, somewhere to hide PSU and hard drives leaving plenty of room for the main board. Nice glass side and front with three rgb fans and plain fan at the back. Select fan colour from button on the top. * The fan button is very small to access and could have been a bit bigger not really important though just a personal preference. Nice and sturdy frame with no sharp edges. Comes with a good selection of screws and mounting kit. Looks really cool when lit up!!! Brilliant value case

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent case for the price The look of the case is fantastic. The tempered glass side is thick and slightly tinted giving it a premium look and feel. The front is plastic but is of high quality. Plenty of space behind the mainboard plate for cable routing and keeping your build looking tidy. Comes with a bag of fixings and cable ties which is an added bonus. Only reason it's not a full 5 stars, the blanking plates, they are not proper blanking plates and are just thin bits of metal you have to snap off. If you can, do this before you fit your board. If it had proper screw in blanking plates it would have been a 5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent case for the money This case looks very impressive for the cost, the glass panel is good quality and covers the full side of the case. The power supply is well hidden. It can be difficult to fit large wires along the bottom of the motherboard. Scan's service was excellent, got the item very quickly and was well packaged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case, a lot of space inside I bought this as part of an upgrade package for a new gaming PC, i love the design the glass side is awesome, the only thing that i did not know is that the fan ARGB controller is 3pin 5v and i had purchased a ASUS rog b450-f motherboard which has the aura sync 4pin 12v headers so i have had to purchase a fan upgrade kit, Other than that the case is great.

Am I correct in saying that the CD/dvd/bluray Slot is at the rear of this case.

I am looking for a case that supports the water cooled system that I was bought for christmas ( ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 ) I need the dvd player/writer to be at the front of the case though Any Suggestions. Thankyou.
